	Urschel (USA) provides now a wide range of Grating Heads which produce a variety of cuts, from granulates to different types of schreds. This new development increases the versatility of the cutting machines models CC, CC-D, CC-DL and CCX-D. Grating heads are composed of four columns, each one with closing, upper and lower support rings and coined plate. There are different and interchangeable grating sizes which allow a fast and easty changeover. The model MHDM-520 is an automatic machine for pre-cutting into loaves, blocks and halves.
